PRODUCTION
SERVICES

Podcast consulting and production services from someone who's actually done it.

I've spent years developing, writing, hosting, and producing True Crime podcasts that have charted nationally, earned Webby recognition, and accumulated over 50 million downloads. When I take on outside work, I bring that same standard, and I'm selective about it, because my name is on the work either way. And no - it doesn't need to be True Crime.

PODCAST PRODUCTION

From concept to finished episode — handled.

I produce podcasts end-to-end: format development, episode structure, recording guidance, editing, sound design, music, mixing, and final delivery. If you have a story worth telling, I can help you figure out how to tell it in a way that makes people keep listening.

I work primarily in narrative and story-driven formats. If you're looking for someone to turn on a mic and upload a raw conversation, I'm not the right fit. If you want a show built to last, let's talk.

Best for: Independent hosts, journalists, and creators developing serialized or narrative-format shows.

AUDIO MIXING & MASTERING

Your episode isn't finished until it sounds like it.

I handle both mixing and mastering as a single, seamless process — because separating them creates a handoff problem that shows up in the final product. Mixing brings every element into balance: your voice tracks, music, sound design, and any additional layers come together as a cohesive listen rather than a patchwork of competing frequencies. Mastering takes that balanced mix to broadcast loudness standards, ensures consistency across your catalog, and prepares your file for every platform — Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, and beyond.

The result is audio that sounds intentional from first listen to final second, delivered as WAV or MP3, ready to upload.

Best for: Hosts who record their own content and want a polished, broadcast-ready episode without managing two separate vendors or two separate processes.

3

AUDIO CLEANUP & RESTORATION

Some recordings are worth saving. I'll tell you honestly whether yours is.

I remove background noise, room echo, HVAC hum, mic clipping, plosives, and other artifacts that push listeners away. Field recordings, archival interviews, remote guest tracks — I've worked with all of it. If it's recoverable, I'll recover it. If it isn't, I'll tell you before you pay for the attempt.

Best for: Interview recordings captured in uncontrolled environments, archival audio, or any track that needs rescue before it's usable.

4

PODCAST CONSULTING

You don't always need someone to do the work. Sometimes you need someone who's been through it.

I offer focused consulting sessions for podcasters who want an honest outside perspective on their show — format, pacing, audio quality, audience positioning, or release strategy. One conversation with someone who's built shows from zero to charting can save you months of guesswork.

Best for: Podcasters who are already producing but feel stuck, stagnant, or unsure what's holding their show back.

HOW IT WORKS

1 — Reach Out

Click "Get in Touch" to send an email and describe your project — what you're making, where you are in the process, and what you need. The more specific, the better.

2 — I'll Respond Within 48 Hours

I'll follow up personally to discuss scope, ask any questions I need, and let you know if I can take it on. If I can't, I'll say so — and I may be able to point you toward someone who can.

3 — We Agree on Scope and Get to Work

Once we've aligned on deliverables, timeline, and rate, I send a simple agreement and we begin. You'll have a clear delivery window, a defined revision round, and direct access to me throughout.

I accept file delivery via Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer. I work remotely and can accommodate most timezones.

READY TO START?

I take on a limited number of outside projects at a time. If your timeline is tight, reach out sooner rather than later.
